Hvac Service Manager

Job Description Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager at Electric City Heating & Cooling. The Service Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of our service department.

This includes managing a team of technicians, overseeing the scheduling and dispatching service calls, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance, and providing exceptional customer support. The Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, analyzing service data, and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance.
