Hvac Service Manager

Role As Service Manager, you will be charged with refining our processes so that we can be effective as we scale. On a daily basis you will be tasked with matching customer service requests with our resources, tracking progress of work, reviewing work orders and managing invoices to customers.

Longer term, we are implementing BuildOps as our service platform and continue to help us recruit good people that can help you and us succeed. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have five years’ experience in commercial HVAC service as a service manager or senior technician. A passion for leadership and management and knowledge of the refrigerant cycle are 'must haves'. Experience with service portals and software strongly desired.
