Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance, repair, and replacement of various commercial and/or residential HVAC systems, sometimes in confined or high places

• Help complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients daily

• Maintain a clean work area

• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work and with a positive attitude

• Attend company meetings as necessary

• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (formal training or hands-on experience preferred)

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced technicians

• Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work on-call nights and weekends as needed

• Commitment to adhering to safety standards and company policies
