Seeking an ALL STAR to help us win each and every day.

As a HVAC sales representative, you will work as part of an exceptional team to ensure a 5-STAR service experience for all residential customers. You will listen to the customer and work with them to determine which option best meets their needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

• Create options for customers that are accurate and complete and can be easily transferred to the installation team.

• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.

• Get potential customers excited about Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word.

• Establish customer rapport, earning the opportunity to offer appropriate products and services.
