Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a HVAC Sales Representative located in our Williston, Vermont location. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Outside Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
Qualifications
Prior HVAC experience or previous business consultant/Sales experience is preferred. A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, in addition to having the following:
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Engaging personality for phone sales
Can -do attitude, can overcome objections
Develop strong working relationships within all levels of existing customers through consultative sales approach.
Work closely with Field Sales Manager to develop new customer base and increase upsell opportunities with existing customers for maximum growth
Plan and forecast for territory growth
Prospect, conduct professional/intentional sales calls and follow-up
Manage opportunity tracking and reporting
Educate customers/prospects about company products and offerings
Act as a Business consultant for customers
Understand territory competition
Promote and facilitate Business, Sales & Technical Training for customers
Responsible for meeting sales and profit targets
Responsible for the timely resolution of customer requests
Support the company's credit and collection efforts by working closely with customers to resolve issues and facilitate the timely collection of receivables due
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with a high level of responsiveness to all client inquiries

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $80,000 - $120,00+ annually.
