HVAC Sales Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Customers at store locations with HVAC product questions

  • Create Sales appointments

  • Coordinate and follow up on Sales leads

  • Act as a company representative in local stores

  • Contribute to growth of sales revenue

  • Meet monthly goals

This is a full time 40 hour a week position with flexible hours. Starting salary is 40k+ per year with benefits (medical, vision and dental insurance, Vacation time, Paid Holiday, 401K)

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sales experience required

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to meet monthly goals

  • Dependable

  • Energetic/ Personable / Responsible / Reliable

  • Pass a background check as well as a drug screening

VIEW JOBS 11/16/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-14T00:00 Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, collecting and processing sensitive data (financials, credit card and commissions payments), resolving guest issues, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence internal and external, managing a small number of accounts, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, meal appointments, manage and maintain the schedules and workflow of three (3) Sales executives. Given that the Sales Coordinator is a liaison between the company and its clients, excellent writing skills, concise verbal communications and listening skills are necessary. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures. * Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. * Design and maintain databases. * Design and maintain spreadsheets. * Process rooming lists, reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, payments and amenities. * Upload and update required content into Delphi (sales data base). * Create analytic reports in Delphi (sales data base). * Assist in training in sales office procedures and Delphi (sales data base) use file and retrieve documents and reference materials. * Conduct research and collect data to prepare reports and documents. * Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements. * Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events and meal appointments. * Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. * Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications . * Answer and manage incoming calls and messages. * Receive and interact with incoming guests and business partners as needed, perform site inspections, attend local corporate events and travel tradeshows. * Liaise with all internal departments at all levels. * Oversee the ordering and maintaining of office supplies (Staple online), business cards, and stationary. * Process and submit office supplies expense reports (Wells Infor). * Process invoices and check requests. * Coordinate any hardware and software updates relating to computers, Blackberry, i-pads, etc. * Physically archiving files. * Mail merges and collating. * Order amenities and prepare amenity cards. * Assist with expense reports as directed. * Coordinating the hotel and the client for site inspections. * Process and confirm room, upgrade, show ticket, restaurant , and nightclub inquiries for: * Travel Agent * Travel Partner * Guest direct * Process credit card authorization forms and billing requests. * Assist with complete hotel profiles in third party booking agencies and other contracting tools. * Assist with preparing and processing of individual hotel contracts. * Assist with processing direct billing and/or special payment processes for group sales accounts. * Track, prepare and fulfill gift certificate requests. * Respond to charity solicitations. * Guest service assistance. * Create and manage client databases to include data entry. * Create invoice estimates. * Shipping and receiving of collateral and gifts via UPS and USPS. * Coordinate internal meetings. * Attend skill set building classes as needed. * Perform duties as assigned by EDOS of Hotel Sales. * Lead sales coordinators in daily job responsibilities and assign daily, weekly and monthly work assignments * Assist in training of staff, manage the system as it pertains to updates, Inventory control and account management, develop and process reports, attend Delphi training meetings as directed by Corporate Sales. * Perform all other job related duties as requested. Required: * At least 2 years of experience in administrative role. * Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcribing minutes, designing: forms, spreadsheets, tracking systems, templates, and filing. * Working knowledge of the principles and processes for providing internal and external guest services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of resolving customer complaints to increase guest satisfaction. * Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. * Working knowledge of principles of telephone and e-mail etiquette. * Excellent customer service skills. * Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. * High School diploma or equivalent. * Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. * Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
