Join our Maintenance/Engineering team and become a trusted member of our residential retirement community As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the residential apartments and public areas of our beautiful campus setting. Your work will make a difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring that they have a comfortable and safe place to call home.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $28.00/hourly How you will make an impact: Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.

Three years experience in HVAC maintenance. Must possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants. Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
