Manage and assist HVAC Technicians to analyze, troubleshoot and repair defective or malfunctioning HVAC equipment.
Manage daily functions of HVAC group to include proper maintenance, installation and repair of A/C equipment.
Establish and monitors preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
Monitors supervisor of daily assignments, work orders and projects.
Interview and hires team members
Monitors training of all team members in Safety, MSDS, Principles of Service
Maintains preventative logs for Public Areas and Villas
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise HVAC Technician, HVAC Helpers and HVAC Filter Technicians. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Masters degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
