Hvac Maintenance Technician (North Milwaukee, WI)

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Milwaukee, Wisconsin!

This is a hands on maintenance position at a 412 unit apartment community with guaranteed full-time hours and on-call rotation only once a month!

This position requires HVAC troubleshooting experience & building maintenance basics.

Schedule: Monday

• Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 5 weeks to give you a great work life balance!

Full Time

• Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What you need:

• Valid driver's license required

• HVAC troubleshooting skills required (Boiler experience needed!)

• Appliance and plumbing repair skills required

• Property maintenance experience required

What Our Maintenance Techs Will Do:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority

• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants

• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

• Exterior structural maintenance as needed

• Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on-call emergency cell phone (1 week every 3 weeks)

• Snow removal (when needed during the Winter season)

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
