Hvac Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Job Description Job Description Airport Maintenance Company currently seeking full time maintenance techs for HVAC, and overall mechanical repairs. Year round and stable work. 5 years of HVAC experience required. We are a 24/7 operation. Must be able to work overnight shift, weekends, holidays, including rotating shifts. Typically, 12-hour shifts overnight. Qualifications preferred but are not limited to, are as follows:

• Must be able to pass extensive background check

• Must have clean driving record

• EPA cert or on job experience currently pursuing certification

• Must have basic tools necessary to perform job

• Preventative maintenance tasks

• Refrigeration repairs

• Brazing of pipes and fittings

• Electrical motor troubleshooting and replacement

• Electrical controls troubleshooting

• Complete compressor replacement and recharge

• Mechanical abilities MUST have own basic tools adequate to perform job functions MUST have a minimum of five years of HVAC experience, commercial and/or industrial. MUST have a valid Florida's driver's license MUST pass a background check and drug screening MUST have ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. MUST have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. MUST be proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and procedure manuals. MUST - 24/7 operation - must be able to work any shift including nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts. Must be able to be on call when needed.
