Job Description Job Description We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our apartment maintenance team You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities: Navigate several properties in our portfolio, installing new and repair existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems Fix plumbing and other routine building/apartment maintenance Assist apartment make-readies Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Special projects Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Company Description We are a full service property management company that takes our fiduciary responsibility to our clients extremely seriously.
