We are Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician!

Looking for someone with residential annual maintenance experience looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry. Company paid hands-on training including NATE Certifications, and dealer training for equipment we install and service.

• $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs

Work hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:

• Provide service & maintenance on residential and/or light commercial heating and air conditioning systems

• Customer service

• Performing annual maintenance

• Develop and improve personal skills to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC equipment

• Consistently provide high-end customer service to our clients by discussing and understanding the importance of Planned Service as well as System Enhancements.

• Educating customers on Indoor Air Quality products and accessories

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record

• 1 year of HVAC experience

• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification

• Preventative maintenance and tune up experience

• Willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment.

• Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes

• Obtain service base NATE Certifications company scheduled & paid

• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder

• Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance

• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers

• High school diploma or its equivalent
