Hvac Maintenance Mechanic

The Neshaminy School District has an opening for a Full Time, 12-month HVAC Technician to work in our Facilities and Operations Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance and repair of all heating/air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as performing preventative maintenance support for a district comprised of 10 school buildings. The position requires five plus years of experience working in the HVAC field, with boilers, commercial rooftops and chillers, units 100 ton plus and to be able to troubleshoot and read technical maintenance manuals and blueprints.

HVAC/Refrigeration certification and recovery certification required. Must provide personal hand tools required to perform maintenance duties. Knowledge of building automation systems and computer skills is preferred.
