We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our teams at our Pensacola, FL, and Ocean Springs, MS, locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing field operations, developing a team of technicians, and ensuring the successful completion of service projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a service technician, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 an hour (which is about $200-$300 per installation), depending on experience and credentials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years HVAC installation experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
