Hvac Install Apprentice

*New location opening in Canton, OH!*Topline Heating & Air is seeking an  eager and enthusiastic entry-level Residential HVAC Apprentice.The essential function of our Residential HVAC Apprentice is to assist the Lead installer on the job. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with the below and learn from the Lead Installer

• Assist in all HVAC Installations

• Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction

• Assist in properly troubleshooting jobs

• Maintain a clean and organized job site 

Nice to Haves:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid DL

• Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.

• Excellent communication & customer service skills.

• High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.

• Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme temperatures including outdoors.

• Able to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks.

• Able to lift 75 lbs. or more.

• Able to safely handle extension, step and other types of ladders including removal from, and replacement to, service vehicle roof top.

• Climb ladder up to 40 feet in height.

• Required ability to walk on roofs of different types, shapes and slopes.

• Repetitive lifting, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing and digging may be required.

• Handles power tools, drills, saws, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
