Success in this role of HVAC Field Supervisor means seamlessly balancing leadership duties with hands-on expertise in HVAC operations. This role transcends the typical 9-to-5 grind. As the leader of an HVAC team, you'll spend 75% of your time in the field and 25% overseeing supervisory tasks with finesse. Your responsibilities include coaching for customer service excellence and guaranteeing top-tier repairs.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Field Supervisor:

• Enhance customer service standards to ensure each interaction is memorable and exceptional.
• Support technicians by helping with pricing and technical applications.
• Contribute to the orchestration of training sessions, inspections, and disciplinary measures.
• Engage in fieldwork yourself, executing repairs, maintenance, and installations with the expertise of an HVAC guru.
• Skillfully repair a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and control systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures on residential HVAC systems, contributing to their longevity and efficiency.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Perform repairs promptly without compromising on the quality of work, prioritizing customer needs.
• Maintain a vigilant oversight of your team's inspections and repairs, striving for perfection.

Requirements for the HVAC Field Supervisor:

• St. Louis County Journeyman License.
• 5+ years of HVAC Service and Install experience.
• Residential experience is a must; Commercial experience is a plus!
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Sheet Metal expertise highly preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
