Hvac Field Service Technician I

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment Respond to Emergency maintenance requests Inspect, troubleshoot and perform repairs and replacements on equipment Utilize computer based work order system Off-hour emergency duties Perform preventative maintenance to perform basic preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. Other duties may be assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

Knowledge in BAS preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES: Good understanding of HVAC, Possess outstanding customer service skills and attitude or willing to learn 2-3 years of Commercial HVAC/R experience. Entry level technician will be considered.
