They are assigned tasks that they for the most part prioritize on their own. Some of the day to day responsibilities are as follows: - Scheduling of themselves and sub-contractors

• Management of themselves and sub-contractors.

• HVAC and control system diagnostic work.

• Minor HVAC repair.

• Control system diagnosis and repair.

• Control system retrofit.

• Control system installation (new construction).

• Estimating (controls and mechanical).
