Hvac Commercial Service Technician - Dallas, TX (On-Site)

* Small/Large Split Systems * Small/Large Package Units * Larger air handlers * Mini Splits * Exhaust Fans* VAVs * Fan powered boxes. * Pneumatics * Air Compressors * Self-Contained Units * Cooling Towers * Air Cooled Chillers * Pumps * Process Chillers* VFSs * Water Source Heat Pumps * Boilers* CRAC Units* VRF/VRV* Water Cooled Chillers * Vane Axial FansCan troubleshoot up to 50-ton RTU. Perform tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment and provide recommendations as appropriate. Replace large motors and Large Compressors Replace Bearings in motors, air handlers, and cooling towers. Laser aligns pumps. Can perform annual PM on water cooled chillers Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members. Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone) to:*

Access and complete work orders including notes on services provided. * Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports. * Submit timesheets weekly & expense reports monthly.Obtains necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Maintain service vehicles in good, safe operating condition, attend to normal servicing and reporting to Manager when major repairs or reconditioning are deemed. Maintain an accurate record of time spent on customer jobs, as well as any non-billable. Completes other duties as assigned or required.DMG invests in its employees. Our employees will tell you that the work environment at DMG seems more like a home than a work place.Qualifications:* 2 years Commercial HVAC experience * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to perform various general type maintenance tasks. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence utilizing basic computer skills * Ability to communicate via email and internet use * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Controls knowledge a plus * Knowledge of package units, air cooled chillers, boilers, mini splits, and VRF systemsLicenses/Certifications:* EPA Universal * Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver's license in good standingPhysical Demands:Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Frequently is required to climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
