Who you are:

• You have at least two years' experience in multi-family residential maintenance.

• You are HVAC experience and certified.

• You have general maintenance knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.

• You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.

• You are self-motivated and have strong attention to detail.

• You have a valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insuran ce.

• You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Use your maintenance skills in HVAC, pool maintenance, electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.

• Complete work orders from apartment residents, while keeping the Communities clean and presentable.

• Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents.

• Work scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm. with on-call rotation.

Through strong performance and Towne University training, associates in this role are preparing to grow into other roles such as:

• Service Manager

• Senior Service Manager

• Regional Service Manager
