In this role, you will:

• Service and maintain complex HVAC Building Automation Systems

• Have experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure BAS (a plus)

• Diagnose and repair complex control systems malfunctions, requiring extensive knowledge of electronic or digital controls systems and the ability to test and write modifications in multiple languages of systems software.

• Possess electrical troubleshooting knowledge.

• Provide sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings

• Communicate with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site

• Regularly meet with customers to become familiar with operating problems.

• Keep customers informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or replacements.

• Act as a technical resource to the team and customers as needed.

• Provide start-up and checkout documentation to the installation team for use in commissioning and validation.

• Have a working knowledge of MS Office, File Structure, VISIO

• Have knowledge of basic BACNET/LON/MODBUS protocols and be highly organized with the ability to work in a high-paced environment.

• Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously, taking ownership of all tasks, with excellent oral and written communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

This job might be for you if you have experience in:

• Controls troubleshooting and programming for BAS systems (Function Block + Script, Graphics)

• Creating intuitive graphical user interfaces for BAS systems

• Following established written standards and procedures for software development, communication, and documentation

• Communicating project progress, roadblocks, and solutions clearly and concisely

• Providing training, as requested, either on customer site or at our training center

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

For this STATE based position, the expected compensation range is $80,649 -120,640 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job[1]related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
