The Humanities TOSA is a critical member of the Navigator Schools Support Office academic team charged with coordinating training and implementing the Navigator Humanities curriculum resources. Reporting to the Curriculum Coordinator, this position collaborates with the CAO, the Director of Schools, and the academic team. The Humanities TOSA is essential in implementing Navigator's mission of ensuring phenomenal outcomes for all students, regardless of circumstances, through their Humanities curricular expertise and leadership development work. The Humanities TOSA will support the development of instructional staff, internally and externally, in utilizing the Navigator Humanities curriculum to produce and sustain long-term systems of targeted professional learning.
