Purpose of Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Employee Research, Workforce Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams through execution of various assignments and projects. This includes responsibility for assisting with deliverables, reviewing and/or updating standard reports, dashboards and reporting sites, and assisting with tasks that support the production of research and analytics for the team.
Conducts basic data analysis using tools such as Alteryx, SPSS, SAS, and Excel
Develops project communications for various client stakeholders for approval from leaders
Utilizes external research tools and content providers to produce content as well as justification for various research and business needs
Programs, tests, and verifies survey systems are ready when survey research is conducted
Ensures confidential information is protected and secure
Works with Managers, Senior Researchers, and Lowe's internal Communication team to ensure we proactively address communication needs and issues related to internal surveys
Monitors intranet communications related to employee surveys to ensure accurate and current information is shared, including Lowe's annual employee survey
Required and Education experience:
Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or Business-related field and 5 years' experience working within human resources or related experience. Experience with enterprise level survey administration tools such as Qualtrics, Perceptyx, or ConfirmIt experience with ETL and statistical tools such as Alteryx, SPSS, or SAS
Preferred: Experience working with human resource data
