This is a temporary unclassified position, expected to last up to 3 years. This position is eligible for benefits. Job Summary
As the Statewide Wraparound Training Specialist you'll be responsible for all functions related to training and technical assistance in multiple Wraparound implementation settings statewide and provide guidance and content expertise specific to the implementing this evidence based model. You'll be the training subject matter expert, and will provide training and coaching, identify key trainings to implement, evaluate and develop tools to better assess training and coaching. Further, you will plan, execute and report on the status of significant initiatives and guide/mentor less experienced coaches in the process and assessing its effectiveness.
Two (2) years professional experience presenting and facilitating training programs related to mental health / health care.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Training and Development or closely related field may substitute for 1 year of experience
Experience using the Wraparound Training Model
Completion of the Advanced Wraparound Practitioner Coaches Certification Program through the National Wraparound Implementation Center
