Human Services - Limited Term Driver

Job Summary:

Provides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This position is an "as needed" position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly. Check on well being of participants being served home delivered meals.

• Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant. Submit necessary written reports.

• Attend various trainings. Perform other related work as required or assigned.

Education/Knowledge Requirement:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Required to have a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.

• Requires knowledge of the county roads and streets.

• Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and adequate insurance as required by County Policy. Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.
