This position provides support for individuals who are referred to WorkSource West (WSW) for vocational skills training and transition aged students/trainees for ages 24 and under, functioning as the transition client manager. The applicant will be the liaison between the instructor and counselor, providing services to ensure consumer support, consumer safety, appropriate training and addressing needs that come up during the training day.

The applicant will review and manage all consumers' records to be used with assisting in individual case decisions regarding consumer acceptance and participation into the program at WorkSource West. The applicant will lead soft skills classes and additional classes identified as appropriate by management. The selected applicant will be responsible for documenting evidence of each consumer's participation in the WSW program.

This information will be shared with the WSW team assigned to each consumer at monthly consumer staffing via progress notes and other support evidence-based documentation. This position serves as the main coordinator of all consumer information related to their progress towards the identified employment goal on their rehabilitation plans. In addition to client manager duties this position will work to enter Pre-ETS paperwork and function as the liaison for casework related to Pre-ETS.

Bachelor's degree in a discipline relative to the program served from an appropriately accredited institution;

OR

Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year of experience in an area related to program that provides experience in techniques of casework or counseling;

OR
