Job description:

OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF JOB:

To provide supportive services to Agency staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:

• Supervision of visitation between parents and children and of children during court hearings.

• Coordination and transportation of clients to necessary appointments.

• Delivery of subpoenas.

• Manage the Agency Substance Abuse Testing Program.

• Maintain Agency emergency clothing bank.

• Collaborates with staff members and providers for emergency clothing requests.

• Coordination of all community donations.

• Maintains cleanliness of visitation rooms.

• Assures Agency car seats meet current safety standards.

• Acquisition of birth certificates and social security cards.

OTHER DUTIES OF JOB:

• May attend Foundations training series.

• Attend training regarding substance abuse testing as needed.

• Performs other job-related work as required.

MET's:

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Graduation from high school, or its equivalency, and 2 years of experience in public contact work in a human service agency or an Associate Degree in Sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

• Meritorious service: defined as the absence of any discipline above the level of written reprimand during the 12 months preceding the closing date of the posting
