About the Role What You’ll Do: You’ll be the go-to person for managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing mid-level and provider candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
You’ll also stay on top of the latest regulations and trends in the healthcare industry, ensuring that every hire is aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Develop creative sourcing strategies and build a diverse pipeline of mid-level and provider candidates to ensure a constant stream of talent for current and future needs.
Credentialing & Enrollment: Manage the full cycle of provider enrollment, including initial applications, re-credentialing, and maintaining accurate provider information. Candidate Experience:
Provide an exceptional experience from start to finish—whether it's a quick response, insightful feedback, or thorough support through each step of the hiring and onboarding process. Compliance Management: Stay on top of the latest standards and regulations from organizations like NCQA, TJC, and CMS.
Make sure our recruitment activities are always in line with legal requirements and organizational policies. Data & Reporting: Dive into data analysis and create reports that help improve recruitment outcomes and keep the HR department running smoothly.
Hiring Manager Support: Coach hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition, providing insights and recommendations for improving recruitment processes. Relationship Building:
Build strong ties with colleges, associations, and industry organizations through networking events, job fairs, and conferences. Recruitment Metrics: Consistently meet weekly goals, participate in recruiting meetings, and report on activity to the HR Director. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Skills
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience with credentialing and in Provider Enrollment is required.
Experience with CMS, PECOS, and PAVE portals is a must. Preferred Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. You should also have a knack for data analysis and attention to detail.
Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred), HRIS, and Microsoft Office is essential.
