Evaluates and makes recommendations for HR-related programs, policies, and procedures. Maintains all personnel and payroll data.

Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including but not limited to I-9 employment eligibility, EEO, etc. Must have extensive experience handling employee relations matters and possess the ability to handle these matters with confidence. Other duties as required.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 5 years of experience in HR. Must be forward-thinking and innovative. Must be resilient and flexible.

Previous payroll data entry and processing experience. Efficient HR administration and meticulous attention to detail. Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $33.60 - $38.40 per hour.
