Human Resources Specialist - Manufacturing

Leeco Steel is currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist at our Joshua, TX location. This a great opportunity for someone with HR experience in a manufacturing setting.. We are seeking an individual who has 2 plus years in an HR environment working with employee programs, training, benefits, HRIS reporting, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and has experience in a variety in HR functions. We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Professional who would like a variety of tasks and a flexible schedule. This position will be based in Joshua, TX and will handle HR functions for Cleburne, Fort Worth, and Alvarado.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, screening and interviewing.

• Onboarding of new hires to include manufacturing training.

• Benefit knowledge and the ability to coordinate an open enrollment.

• Time keeping and payroll functions

• Training record upkeep and designation of online training.

• Maintenance of employee online files and data

• Maintaining job descriptions and salary data

• Administrative and office tasks

• Additional tasks as assigned

Preferred skills and experience:

Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources with general knowledge of HR, payroll and benefit. legal requirements and HR processes. Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
