This position is located within the Workforce Acquisition and Management (WAM) Branch, Human Capital Division (CP), Human Capital and Resources Management Directorate (HCRM), within Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
Applies high-level data systems analysis and the breakdown on metrics from the Policy (CPP) Human Resources Information Systems Team (HRIT) on recruitment, placement, and classification time to hire (TTH) data for the WAM Branch.
Identifies the intricacies of which decision points feed into the HR System Infrastructure, properly track these steps through the HR System, develop program metrics and generate usable reports.
Develops statistical feedback reports that identify program trends that can be used by hiring managers and HR staff in making program modifications.
Serves as subject matter expert and provides advice and guidance to WAM Branch users on HR automated systems like DCPDS, Agency specific systems, and new HR systems like Defense Civilian Human Resources Management System (DCHRMS).
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

Specialized Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as: utilizing human resources data system(s) and applications; analyzing personnel data and ensuring data integrity to generate reports and make recommendations to management.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
