Position Purpose: Advise managers, leaders, and employees on human resources policies and practices. Support leadership on various activities and projects.
Provide tactical human resources support under guidance of HR leadership
Resolve human resources inquiries and clarify company policies by collaborating with human resources management, Centers of Expertise and HR Operations
Create reports and support human resources leadership on initiatives including: employee relations, disciplinary actions, change management, employee communications, equitable and consistent treatment of all employees, effective complaint investigation, problem resolution, and fair employment practices
Partner with HRBP leaders on local HR communication and implementation of HR initiatives/services
Coordinate human resources programs, events and other initiatives as assigned
Initiate and maintain employee documents to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
Provide support on Company policies and procedures; promote use of self-service and HR Services options
Experience with employee relations highly preferred
License/Certification: HR certification preferred.
