PURPOSE:
The HR Specialist is responsible for coordinating projects and activities related to the efficient delivery of human resources services across the organization. The position is both internally focused on supporting HR colleagues and externally focused in supporting clients.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HRIS/Employee Services
Manages centralized HR inbox by responding to employee questions or forwarding to the appropriate responsible party
Collects data and generates reports for Audits, KPI's and AAP
Manages applicant and employee data in HRIS to ensure accuracy
Maintains document management within HRIS
Assists in administration of user access within HRIS
Maintains I-9 compliance companywide
Assists in maintaining and enhancing HR Operations processes and workflows
LMS Administration
Interface with SMEs to correctly assign role based trainings
Respond to service tickets which include user troubleshooting, access requests, and procedure/training additions or updates
General Duties
Coordinates HR policy review on a regular cadence with key stakeholders
Creates or assists in creation of HR standard operating procedure documents
Completes administrative tasks for HR systems including but not limited to Pingboard, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ClearStar
Coordinates completion of general HR projects as needed
Performs other administrative functions for Human resources to support Talent, HR Operations, Communications, and general HR teams
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study or equivalent work experience
Proficient use of MS Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
Proven experience coordinating completion of projects
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
3+ years of Human Resources experience
2+ years demonstrated experience in HRIS administration
Previous experience with Ceridian/Dayforce HRIS and ATS
Advanced Excel proficiency
