Human Resources Representative (Staffing)

Description:

SUMMARY: To assist with the successful coordination and administration of various Human Resources functions. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

• This is a part-time opportunity *

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain front desk coverage including incoming telephone calls, greeting guests, providing information and assisting team members / applicants

Schedule applicant interviews / paperwork, proctor tests, coordinate interview locations and process applicants for hiring

Enter and control data from confidential records into various databases and verify outputs

Complete, maintain and audit I-9 records

Prepare materials and information packets for various Human Resources functions

Complete verbal employment verifications

Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, data entry, sorting mail and other projects

Generate new and replacement employee and vendor ID badges

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

2 years clerical / administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources

Skills

Required:

Accurate and detail-oriented

Proven to accurately type 50 wpm

Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database management

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Strong problem solving skills

Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
