Human Resources Representative

Position Overview

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational HR support to a warehouse, business unit, or function. You will work hands-on and in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partner to deliver results for the business.

This will include supporting the execution of performance management strategy, cultivating a positive new employee experience, and helping drive employee engagement initiatives. This role will work hand-in-hand with Talent Acquisition partners to ensure that the Company remains an employer of choice for potential candidates.

Job Description+ This role is fully on-site, Monday

• Based in Bethlehem, PA

Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal communication, is required.

You Will Contribute by

• Preparing for and facilitating new hire orientation.+ Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations regarding work eligibility (I-9 compliance, labor postings, etc.).+ Assisting with HR programs that support the business objectives and key performance priorities of the business unit.+ Supporting key HR initiatives, including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, and salary reviews.+ Coordinating HR and Company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention (e.g., company surveys, community events, recognition).+ Assisting HR Business Partners with employee relations investigations.+ Ensuring sensitive information remains confidential at all times.+ Travel Required: No

We're Looking for Candidates With

• 1-2 years of Human Resources experience preferred.+ Working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations.+ Prior experience working in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.+ The ability to work with a high volume of employees
• Strong internal and external customer service focus.+ Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.+ Ability to work collaboratively.+ Ability to identify and handle priority and sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.+ Advanced Spanish speaking, writing, and communication skills.
