Rolling Hills Hospital is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR Team. The HR Recruiter directs the facility recruitment strategy targeting qualified nurse candidates. The HR Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of Nurse (RN/LPN) recruitment objectives, inlcuding developing and maintaining nursing school relationships, reporting recruitment statistics, networking, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience is strongly preferred. In lieu of a Bachlors' Degree, an Associate's Degree with 8-10 years of experience will be considered.

This person will be primarily focused on recruiting talent for hospital C-suite roles and executive leadership development programs. This role is also vital in monitoring and evaluating employees progress within the leadership development programs. This role will be a blend of some in-office work setting at our corporate office in Franklin, TN (Cool Springs area) and some opportunity to work remote if preferred. Community Health Systems, Inc. is one of the nation's leading operators of general acute care hospitals. The organization's affiliates own, operate or lease 85 hospitals in 16 states with approximately 15,000 licensed beds. Affiliated hospitals are dedicated to providing quality healthcare for local residents and contribute to the economic development of their communities. Based on the unique needs of each community served, these hospitals offer a wide range of diagnostic, medical and surgical services in inpatient and outpatient settings. Job duties: * Build appropriate strategies and successfully execute sourcing of external candidates for hospital leadership positions and executive development program opportunities. To be successful this person needs to be experienced at networking and recruiting passive candidates. * Market opportunities on various media outlets including LinkedIn, Indeed, CHS career site and others. New ideas about marketing opportunities would be welcomed. * Leverage Salesforce CRM to accurately track candidate/applicant data and develop candidate pipelines for common roles. * Conduct in-depth candidate interviews via phone, video and in-person. * Along with TA VP or Director, participate in strategy meetings with Regional Executive Leadership to identify expectations, clarify processes and provide regular updates. * Conduct extensive research via industry contacts to verify a candidate's past effectiveness and reputation. * Appropriately advise hiring managers on selection decision based on interview feedback, assessment results and references. * Prepare salary recommendations and present to senior leadership for approval. Extend and negotiate complex executive compensation packages with chosen candidate. * Successfully negotiate job offers with selected candidates. * Communicate rejection news with those not selected with a customer servicer approach that fosters a long term relationship for consideration with future opportunities. * Attend / coordinate graduate school conferences and job fairs. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field of Business or Health Care Administration, HR or I/O Psychology preferred. * Master's degree in related field preferred. * At least 4 years of search firm, corporate recruiting, sales or HR experience required. * Healthcare recruiting experience preferred. * Experience with an ATS system and preferably a CRM system. * Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products preferred (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel: executives, management, and staff. #ExecutiveRecruiter #Headhunter #LI-RK1 Community Health System Franklin TN
