Human Resources Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY:##CPH Recruiters develop#and implement#recruitment strategies to find talented candidates to join the CPH team.# Key responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers on staffing requirements, developing and executing recruitment initiatives, facilitating the interview process, presenting competitive offers and onboarding new staff members. This position also#provides information and assistance to CPH employees and the general public; and performs a variety of technical tasks related to the overall HR function.

REQUIREMENTS:## High school diploma or equivalent required, associates degree preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience, preferably in a human resource department or an administrative role with increasing levels of variety and/or complexity. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet required deadlines. Critical and analytical thinking skills. Recruiter certification required within 9 months of employment. Experiencing recruiting or marketing utilizing social media platforms is preferred.
