In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in dynamic talent to support our growing business, working with a supportive HR Team and hiring managers that care. You will have the autonomy to own the full cycle of the recruiting process, working with the hiring managers to find the best candidate match.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the hiring managers, leading them through the recruiting process

• Source and recruit candidates on resume databases to meet recruiting needs

• Review applications and resumes, keeping candidates updated on their status

• Conduct phone interviews with applicants, assessing their knowledge, skills, and experience

• Advertise job openings in ATS, on career pages, job boards and social networks

• Identify, recommend, and manage effective recruiting resources

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

• Handle other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Excellent communication skills

• Approachable, good listener, and able to quickly build trust and relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks

• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• High School Diploma

• 1-2 year HR experience

Preferred:

• 2 or 4 year college degree

• Experience with Applicant Tracking, HRIS, and HR Database systems

• Prior staffing experience

Schedule:

• Mondays - Fridays; 40 hours a week
• 50% remote work from home
