Execute on and continuously influence the Employee Experience and Digital strategy and roadmap.

Lead high impact Employee Experience process reengineering projects and continuous process improvement efforts with focus on digitization, leveraging agile project management methods and design-thinking approach to process design.

Work closely with the Employee Experience function, HR Communities of Practice (COPs), cross-functional business and technology teams to analyze and capture end-to-end business processes, make recommendations for process improvements and implement process changes to deliver world class employee experiences.

Lead/facilitate white-boarding sessions with project stakeholders, Employee Experience and COPs to develop detailed end-user journeys, process maps and design prototypes, leveraging design thinking methodology.

Develop an HR design methodology playbook to capture standard design approaches, inclusive of continual feedback loops for measuring employee experience and iterating on design. Educate the broader HR organization on the methodology and approach.

Lead the integration and adoption of an agile, design-thinking HR process design methodology within the organization.

Drive design decisions to obtain stakeholder/HR leadership buy-in and resolve issues timely.

Lead corresponding change management efforts associated with core process changes, inclusive of defining strategy for execution, stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement.

Develop, integrate and execute on change activities plan, inclusive of communications and training development and delivery.

Document change impacts and define mitigation approach, leveraging various communication channels.

Accountable for providing direction and mentorship to team members in support of process design and change management components

Innovative and creative problem solver, particularly in areas of ambiguity

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise way to executive leaders

7+ Years of HR Process Design Experience
3+ years of experience leading, and or executing on change management activities
4+ years leading projects or project workstreams

Design thinking skills/experience

Bachelors Degree Required

As a Change and Release Management Lead working in the IT Service Management team, a typical day will include: OBJECTIVES: This lead covers all global change management activities for ITIL process. Duties include: * Develop and continuously improve Change and Release Management processes, procedures, and methodologies based upon ITIL principles and SDLC process * Ensure the change and release processes evolves to meet the needs of the organization ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Work with cross-functional teams with diverse technical skill sets to support successful configuration, change, and release management. * Provide recommendations and input to management on existing or new processes and procedures to improve the effectiveness of Change Management. * Lead Change Advisory Board and ensure the board is authoritative and effective. * Ensure Change Advisory Board has appropriate representation from various business verticals & operations teams. * Prepare and distribute change agenda for Change Advisory Board meetings. * Track all requests for change throughout the change and release process along with impacted configuration items using the designated ITSM tools. * Support configuration management identification and documentation in the review, processing and approval of requests for change. * Help determine configuration items and environments which require change control, in support of change process and policy. * Lead implementation of any new Global Change/Release Management polices changes/updates. * Responsible for management reports related to process outcomes and KPI reporting on effectiveness of processes. * Provide guidance and coaching, develop training plans, and answer day-to-day questions for team members. * Lead projects with specific focus to further standardize and optimize process and procedures in alignment with IT initiatives. * Provide development coaching, to colleagues around operational gaps and drive standardized work. * Facilitate root cause analysis and After-Action Reviews to identify appropriate process solutions EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: * Bachelor's Degree or high school degree and 8+ years of work experience in any business related field * 5+ years of experience with extensive subject matter expertise in IT Services Management (ITSM) * ITIL V3 Intermediate Level Certification required, ITIL V3 Expert Level preferred * Demonstrated understanding of and experience with change management, configuration management, and release management processes in an ITIL-based environment * Knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure operations to include change management, configuration management, and release management processes * Experience with change management tools within ServiceNow and Jira * Experience with handling technical issues and engaging others to assist in addressing the issues. * Project management experience desirable * Strong analytical skillset * Ability to write and speak in the English language Licenses/Certifications: Required: ITIL V3 Intermediate Level Certification Desired: ITIL V3 Expert Level Certification #LI-JV1 Locations Boston, MA Konstanz, Germany Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America Boston MA
