THE ROLE

The Virtu Human Resources team is looking for an energetic and ambitious professional to help with our US payroll and our North American benefit operations. This person will help in processing payroll and equity compensation. The person will also run benefits orientation for new employees and manage leave-of-absence tracking.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has exceptional people and communication skills and thrives on day to day task management and organization. Here are more on the ideal requirements for the position:

• 5+ years of experience in the HR field

• Experience processing multi-state US payroll preferably within the Financial industry

• Experience processing equity payroll is a plus

• Knowledge of FMLA processing and ability to manage multi-state LOA plans

• Detail oriented

• Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze large volume of data with accuracy

• CPP, PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus

• Experience with Workday HCM tool is a plus
