IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company with products used by 15 million students worldwide, is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our growing team. As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing ongoing employee programs, developing new high impact processes, and driving employee engagement. #LI-CC1
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Oversee all aspects of IXL's processes, programs, and policies related to employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, immigration, and compliance while upholding our people-first culture and approach to problem solving. Translate these processes into HR systems #LI-HYBRID
Lead and continuously improve new hire onboarding to ensure employees and managers are prepared for their first day (manage onboarding logistics, new hire communications, tools, and systems)
Partner with Payroll to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll, time-off requests, stipends/reimbursements and new-hire bonuses
Own the benefits and compliance work streams within HR initiatives to automate and simplify benefit administration globally
Identify opportunities to evolve our people programs and support project management and implementation as we continue to grow in scale both nationally and internationally.
Provide support to the broader HR Operations team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
7+ years of progressive experience in a related field, including Human Resources Management or HR Operations, with at least 2+ years of people management experience
5+ years of experience with HR systems; LOA management systems, Workday, etc.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate complex business information in a clear and compelling way
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, and build effective working relationships with internal partners in a constantly evolving environment
Previous experience supporting a scaling organization at critical stages of growth and expansion (e.g., M&As, new market entry, etc.)
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $150,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
