Position Summary:

Provides administrative support for management/staff of the Human Resources, Employee Health, and Physician Recruitment. Will serve as the primary point of contact for all customers and responsible for accurate recordkeeping and processing of documents.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

High School graduate: Associate degree, bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Business/office technology experience required including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. Must have excellent oral/written communication skills. Must be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Two years related administrative assistant experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform multiple concurrent assignments accurately and within tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills with a strong customer focus; high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Requires accurate filing of all records and attention to detail to ensure checklists are followed for compliance.
