HUMAN RESOURCES MILITARY TECHNICIAN (USARCENT-19-1708-W):
Bowhead seeks a Human Resource Military Technician to join our team in support of the USARCENT mission. The Human Resources Military Technician will provide input and participate in pertinent planning work groups as well as act as the MPD Programs Lead, preparing and routing administrative matters to the appropriate staff elements for all related matters pertaining to the following command interest programs: Blended Retirement System (BRS, Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A), etc.
Essential functions will include:
Assisting with administrative functions as needed.
Monitoring and tracking completion of suspense actions and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
Recommending and assisting with the development of policy updates as regulatory changes occur to ensure all regulations and new guidance pertaining to Human Resources are complied with.
Preparing a variety of command reports relating to personnel operations, and develop and present information to high level management officials and other authorities.
Providing relevant information and participating in the collaboration of the command talent management program.
Occasional travel is required and authorized.
Monitoring daily the publications of HRC MILPER messages and HQDA All Army Activities messages (ALARACT) and provide guidance in their implementation.
Preparing and conducting training related to Army human resources programs and initiatives.

Requirements A Bachelor's degree in addition to at least eight (8) years of senior level experience in administering, delivering, maintaining, advising, and adapting concepts, principles, and theories of Human Resources to meet organizational, management, and mission requirements
Must have a minimum of five years of experience shall involve military personnel policies, practices, concepts, and programs
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Professional Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
