Human Resources Manager - Unionized Manufacturing

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager with a strong background in labor relations to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This pivotal role will serve as a key business partner to facility management, overseeing all aspects of HR operations in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead labor relations initiatives, including contract negotiations, grievance processes, and union partnerships
• Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership on performance management, employee development, and organizational culture
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies
• Manage compliance with labor laws, company policies, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement
• Drive employee engagement through communication, wellness, and recognition programs
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to overall business strategy
• Conduct investigations on employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions
• Manage affirmative action programs and related training initiatives
• Oversee benefits administration, compensation programs, and HRIS management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in HR management within a unionized manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in labor relations, including contract negotiations and grievance handling
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and NLRB regulations
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 25% of the time
• Manufacturing industry experience highly desired
