UE.co is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Human Resources Professional with special emphasis in Employee Relations and Recruitment. This is a highly consultative, hands-on Human Resources role.
The HR Manager/HR Business Partner has responsibility for all aspects of the HR functions such as workforce development, training, employee relations, management development, benefits and compensation. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be versed in the recruitment function, including overseeing sourcing, screening, interview training, employment branding, building a talent pipeline and candidate experience. This position entails both strategic and tactical functions.
As our HR Manager you will:
Provide guidance and counsel to employees and managers on HR policy and employment matters.
Administer all employee benefit and payroll programs as well as coordinate with vendors and brokers for renewals and audits.
Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference and background checking, following up with candidates and hiring managers, making offers and closing.
Manage and direct success of internal leadership development program.
Advise managers in organizational structure and organizational design decisions, to maximize efficiencies and role clarity.
Works with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop compelling and relevant job descriptions.
Work with hiring managers to determine total compensation package for offers.
Develop and maintain compliance and accurate legal procedures.
Manage performance review process and ensure training and development plans are in place.
Oversee the messaging of the Careers page on Company website and ensure it reflects our culture value proposition as an employer of choice.
Work with managers and employees to identify and participate in career development opportunities.
Oversee people operations and facilities team.
Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university required
Degree in or emphasis on Human Resources Management preferred
SPHR or PHR preferred
5+ years experience in Human Resources management required
3+ years experience recruiting required
Knowledge in payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, 401k administration
Experience in high tech and/or startup environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated track record with a high growth company
Thorough knowledge of Recruitment practices, strong sourcing and candidate generation experience
Able to articulate a company's culture and value proposition to a prospective candidate
Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment requisitions and balance competing demands and priorities in a high growth company
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to managers
Effectiveness in communicating at all levels of an organization
Proven track record in management of all aspects of successful recruitment programs, including the use of social media
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving, risk assessment, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
