Comprehensive Benefits : Competitive salary, 20% performance bonus, and a robust benefits package. What You’ll Do As the HR Manager, you’ll be essential to building a positive, productive culture in our 24/7 manufacturing setting. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Leading change management and process implementation efforts. Collaborating with HQ on strategic initiatives, while ensuring local HR needs are met.

Managing and growing a small HR team. Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend support (rare but possible). Traveling up to 5-10% to HQ or other sites. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing or warehousing (food industry experience is not required). Expertise in change management, employee relations, and team building.
