This position is accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Human Resource programs that assure the creation and continuation of effective Human Resource systems within the Global Supply Chain R&D facilities: BTC, Medina, Warrensville, South Holland and Latin America.
Providing proper administration of all other corporate, division, and technical center programs to assure the Human Resources function is responsive to the needs of all division support groups.
This is accomplished by creating and effectively managing systems in the areas of:
Recruitment and Selection
Training and Development
Diversity and Inclusion
Discipline and Management
Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4 year institution
Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources or related field with demonstrated knowledge and experience in compensation, organization planning, recruitment, organization development, employee engagement, employee development and corrective action and disciplinary procedures
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status
Experience supporting a technical laboratory environment.
Experience supporting International locations
Experience in working with business leaders at many levels, across several business units
Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral)
Strong Organization & Planning Skills; Attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Skills
