This position is accountable for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Human Resource programs that assure the creation and continuation of effective Human Resource systems within the Global Supply Chain R&D facilities: BTC, Medina, Warrensville, South Holland and Latin America.

Providing proper administration of all other corporate, division, and technical center programs to assure the Human Resources function is responsive to the needs of all division support groups.

This is accomplished by creating and effectively managing systems in the areas of:

  • Recruitment and Selection

  • HR Planning

  • Training and Development

  • Employee Relations

  • Labor Relations

  • Communications

  • Reward Systems

  • Compensation

  • Benefits

  • Diversity and Inclusion

  • Safety

  • Discipline and Management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4 year institution

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources or related field with demonstrated knowledge and experience in compensation, organization planning, recruitment, organization development, employee engagement, employee development and corrective action and disciplinary procedures

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a technical laboratory environment.

  • Experience supporting International locations

  • Experience in working with business leaders at many levels, across several business units

  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral)

  • Strong Organization & Planning Skills; Attention to detail

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Skills

  • Self-Initiative; Capability to work independently

  • Time Management & Ability to Handle Multiple Projects/Tasks at once

You will execute our key HR initiatives, providing available and responsive internal employee support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. You will also act as the HR manager of record for a client group.
