Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a contract HR Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturing facility in Yuma, AZ, on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing human resources within a manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment.
Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and comply with local, state, and federal labor laws. • Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding. • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. • Manage and maintain employee records and data in HRIS systems. • Coordinate and oversee employee benefits administration. • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Assist with labor relations activities, including contract negotiations and grievance handling. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management within a manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management. • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. • Experience with UKG HR & Payroll products is a plus.
