Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates all HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.

• Manage employee benefits, training, and performance management systems.

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with management to develop talent strategies and drive employee development programs.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Experience with UKG Ready HR Software and Payroll systems is a plus.
