We are seeking a motivated candidate with a broad knowledge of Human Resources and employee relations in a unionized, public service environment to serve as an HR Manager. This position is multi-faceted with a scope of responsibility that includes serving as the EEO Coordinator for the Departments and providing guidance and interpretation of bargaining agreements, civil service law, and rules.
This position works closely and in cooperation with the Service Center agencies, the State EEO Coordinator, multiple labor unions, and other government agencies in providing support across all levels of the organizations we serve. Exemplary customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships are critical in this role.

The General Government Service Center is dedicated to providing exceptional human resources and employee relations services to various government departments. We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
You'll play a crucial role in administering the Family Medical Leave (FML) and the americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) process for the service center, conducting administrative investigations, report writing, managing grievances, addressing employee relations, interpreting contracts, and serving as the EEO Coordinator. Knowledge of state and federal labor laws, rules, and regulations is essential.
